Refunds
We accept refund requests only if you contact us before we start processing your item. Once your order has entered production, refunds cannot be issued. This is usually within one business day after you place your order.
Any refunds will be reflected in your payment method within seven days. This is handled by the Stripe payment processor.
Returns
We do not accept returns for customised items. Because your item is made especially for you with your name embroidered on it, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
